Weight Loss Before After | I Wish I Could Get It Done Once And For All

weight loss before after 6Weight loss before after, you’ve finally made it to your goal. It only took you a few months to get to the weight you had planned on and it’s an accomplishment to be proud of. Diet pills may have been the method you chose to reach your weight loss goal. You may have gotten your clearly visible results using diet and exercise, limiting your food intake and augmenting your exercise regimen. Or you might have chosen an extreme measure like plastic surgery, with all the pain, expense and trouble that brings with it, to have your body returned to it’s former shape. To be able to look the way you wanted you had to pay a price, no matter which method you used.

When the weight loss before after process had finished you deserved a break from all the rigorous regimens of eating right and exercising and recuperating and such. You deserved that double fudge mocha (after all it’s just a cup of coffee, right?), and you really couldn’t say no to grandma’s pecan pie without offending her. When you stepped onto the scale the next time you found two pounds extra you hadn’t planned on. Of course over the next two days you sharply cut your calorie intake and, phew, you’re back to your goal weight. That was too close for comfort.

A few days later an invite for a dinner party at your friend’s arrives and she always goes all the way. She probably spent hours with the preparations and spent a bundle on that three-course dinner. So you don’t really find a subtle way to bring up your diet, right? And should you dare to bring up your weight loss before after, you probably get to hear that you really could use a full meal after all the dieting and as skinny as you’ve gotten. And, with your conscience ticking in the back of your head you go ahead. Over the next so many days you get so stressed out at work that you have to make do with whatever food comes across your way, fast food and all, no time to fix yourself a salad. You panic. It’s starting all over . . .

Thinking that we can go back to our accustomed way of eating once we’ve reached our weight loss before after goal or the fear of gaining back what we have lost are both tremendous obstacles to maintaining your weight loss in the long run. When you are afraid of gaining back the weight you’ve lost you can get so tense that your body will crave more food than it actually consumes, to meet emotional needs. And thinking you can eat as usual will get you right back to where “eating as usual” got you in the first place: consuming more calories (and oftentimes the wrong kind) than your body needs and thus gaining back all those pound you worked so hard to lose and then some.

So in the end any method you might have chosen to get to your own weight loss before after experience will have to lead to some healthy ways of eating and exercise to keep your metabolism up and running, or you will always be on the brink of going right back to point zero. And I’m talking about do-able not drastic measures. I’m talking about a balanced diet that contains all the necessary nutrients (protein, carbohydrates, fat and vitamins and minerals), but reduces (and I do mean reduce) those ingredients your body doesn’t need, such as the empty carbs contained in sweets and the unneeded fat in fried foods for example.

Like it or not, exercise will have to play it’s part in your weight loss before after management in the long run. And again, I’m not talking drastic measures like running a marathon. What I’m actually talking about is exercises in a healthy and maintainable way that will not only greatly contribute to your weight management, but to your overall well being and health. If you have been promised maintainable weight loss before after that excludes exercise, well, you’ve been told a fairy tale.

So being good to yourself and to your family, make some wise choices and stick with them. That way you WILL experience weight loss before after that can last you all your life.

Weight Loss Before And After – Some Straight Facts

Lose weight nowWherever you look you get swamped with Weight Loss Before And After, be it on TV, magazines, the Internet and every other way the media can get to us

Do you know the kind of stuff you’re putting into your body to lose weight
? I know of some herbal weight loss teas (sounds all natural and healthy right and is all natural too) that have the potential to give you heart problems (and I know people that had to be hospitalized for consuming such things). Some people even have gone as far as to actually having acquired a tape worm or it’s larvae to keep slim, and yes that’ll get you skinny, and very malnourished, not to mention: ewhh! Many diet products use chemicals and artificial ingredients to replace the real (and potentially fattening) things in our food. Have you taken a moment to have a closer look and the ingredient list of some of these so-called foods? You’ll need a dictionary to figure out what you’d be eating. Are you sure that such ingredients, keeping the low-cal factor in mind, are really better for you than reduced amounts of true nutrients?

Rest assured that in none of these programs or products you’ll find a word that will explain that sudden weight loss of several pounds in a couple of days is due to loss of water
. You also won’t hear that the miraculously reduced waistline in a day or so will be product of a good and healthy bowel movement.. Facts don’t change just because someone is telling you weight loss stories before after.

One pound of body fat equals 3,500 calories
. In order to lose some pounds you have two choices: or you eat fewer calories than your body uses on a daily basis (500 less a day to rid yourself of a pound a week to be exact) or you burn it off exercising. One hour on the elliptical machine evaporates around 600 calories; an hour of swimming will do pretty much the same. So when you do the math it becomes quite clear that you don’t just burn off 10,000 calories in a couple of days.

Truth is, when the product or method tells you you’re going to lose three pounds in the first two days, they are telling you a bed-time story (sounds as good as one too)
. Your scale might actually cooperate with them and also tell you, you lost weight, at least for the first week or so, but really what kinds of pounds were those you lost? I can assure you it wasn’t body fat. Fast loss of weight in very few days usually means you lost water and bowel contents.

Ok, all this talk about what doesn’t work. Well, what does
? If you were looking for an easy no-effort way to get it done, I will disappoint you. True and lasting weight loss, that you will be able to maintain for the rest of your life, will have to come with a change in lifestyle. Of course, using a good, healthy method to combine the right kinds of (real) foods to give you a good shove in the right direction is a good idea. But in the end you will have to decide once and for all what and how much food is going to do you good. Don’t forget that your goal of getting your own weight loss before after story is reachable, making the right decisions for your life and taking action.

Weight Loss Before After – When Am I Finally Going To Get To After?

Before and after On the Internet we can find a dizzying array of weight loss before after stories of ALL kinds.  There are unnumbered quantities of systems available promising you heaven and earth and the moon to boot, with immediate results too, all depending on how much weight and how fast you want to lose it).  Can you even count how many of these stories have you read about, seen on TV or on the Internet?  There are enough amazing weight loss before and after stories out there to fill an entire encyclopedia on the subject matter.

How much of it is real and how much of it is actually good for you?  Now that very quickly brings it down to few options.  How are we as regular people supposed to pick the right weight loss methods?  Some swear by low fat.  But when you think about it are all the artificial and chemical ingredients in these low fat foods actually better for you than the fat itself?  For others, low carbs is the one method that’ll do the job.  Well if you don’t eat carbohydrates you’re always running low on energy and won’t feel well at least half the time.  Then there are diet pills.  What actually ARE the ingredients in those?  Don’t even get me started on the fiber pills, shakes and the likes.  Does anybody like to live on stuff like that?

And do you REALLY know what all these things do to your organism?  What are some of the long-term effects of substances we ingest, but which our body genetically doesn’t know how to process, because they aren’t food? It does blow me away how ready we are to do some quite dubious stuff to ourselves just so we can look a certain way (and that includes myself).  But if you actually stop and think about it:  Wouldn’t a balanced diet that includes all the nutrients your body needs (carbs, protein and yes, fat) of the right kind and in the right amounts be so much better (and a whole lot better tasting) than all that artificial and chemical stuff (that doesn’t even remotely have anything to do with nutrition) that we put into our bodies?

Everything that asks you to go to an extreme (under 1,200 calorie diets etc) or leaves out an essential nutrient (carbohydrates, protein or fat), or asks you to ingest pills of indefinable or artificial ingredients can’t really be good for you, can it?  How about a natural way, with normal food (the real kind) that tastes good AND is good for you?  How about a real weight loss before and after chance?

Let’s face it: we all want to get rid of all the extra pounds overnight.  But since they didn’t just magically appear on your body they won’t magically disappear either.  That may be sad and frustrating, but that’s the truth.  Are we now helplessly stuck with the extra pounds?  No, not by any means.  We gained them, they didn’t just pop up, so we CAN also lose them again.  Achieving our goal may not be right around the next corner, but it is definitely doable.  However you plan on going about it, make sure you do it in a healthy manner.  These days , nutrition isn’t only about filling your tummy anymore.  It’s a science and there are many ways to eat combinations of nutrients and ingredients that will leave you satisfied and losing weight in the process.  Some foods, when ingested in the specific order help you to burn off body fat by boosting your metabolism.  A nutritionist may be able to help you find good, balanced and healthy options that fit your personal situation.

Like it or not, exercise will also play a role in the process, to maintain your health and to keep your metabolism going.  Start moderately, don’t overexert yourself.  That’ll do more harm than good.  But get some exercising going, even just for your general well being.  You’ll feel the difference.
